Brushes - 5 -7 various sizes of rounds,flats,filberts,and washes)
2-3 sheets Bristol board or posterboard 18x24
1 palette knife
2 stretched canvases 18"x24" - ( stapled on the back not the sides)
1 small jar acrylic matte medium
1 large flat plastic container with lid for portable palette
Basic set of acrylic paints - 8or12 colors will do- (red,yellow,blue,orange,green,purple,black,or white)

Mars Black
Titanium white
Quinacridone red
Cerulean blue
Phthalo blue
Phthalo green
Sap green
Cadmium Yellow ( medium or light)
Burnt umber

Other supplies needed:
One or two sheets of Arches 140lb cold press will be good to start. I have paper available at a reasonable price.
If you already have watercolor brushes, please bring what you have. Otherwise, you'll need a #12 or #14 round and a #6 or #8 round scepter or sabeline or sable watercolor brush and a 1" flat brush. You cannot use brushes for watercolor or gouache if they have been used for oil painting.
